new Mobile Phone by Samsung, Samsung Wave II S8530, the successor to
the original Wave, is finally hitting the UK. Previously we thought it
will be launched in December but obviously something went wrong when we

The Samsung Wave II S8530 has finally been launched
in the UK, although it was expected to hit the UK market in December.
Wave was the first smart phone powered by Samsung’s own Bada OS and is
believed to be precursor of Wave II.
Good things come to those who wait and after 4 months of waiting, the Wave II is finally hitting
the UK on O2 and Phones4U! The Wave II is available for purchase right
now on monthly plans from O2 and retailer Phones4U which you can connect
you on Orange, Vodafone, or O2. The phone is free if you sign up for a
monthly plan of at least £20.
The device is available either directly from O2 or
from phone retailer Phones4U, which can hook you up with a number of
contracts from Vodafone, Orange and again O2. You can grab the Wave II
starting from free as long as you commit on a contract that costs at
least 20 GBP a month.
The Wave II was previously seen landing in Germany,
South Korea, and India runs on the latest version of the Bada 1.2. The
new smart phone comes with a 1 GHz processor, a 3.7-inch Super Clear LCD
capacitive touch screen, a 5 MP camera with LED flash, HD video
recording, HSDPA 3.6 Mbps on the 900/2100 bands, quad-band GSM, Wi-Fi
b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 2 GB internal memory that can be expandable via a
microSD card slot, a 3.5 mm headset jack, and a 1500 mAh battery.
Moreover, the Wave II also comes with 3G and WiFi
connectivity on board, 5-megapixel camera, 1GHz processor, GPS,
